Came to Platte in 1846, landing at Weston June 15th. For years he was a colporteur of the Tract Society, and he fell dead 11-14-1878, while delivering a Bible to a purchaser, with the half-uttered sentence, "I must do all the good I can while--". He married in Scotland, 8-12-1834.

7. Capt. James McCord d 11-25-1874 - St. Louis married Jane Carson. He was an Irishman, built the steamer Edna and commanded other steamboats on the Missouri. He came in 1840 and settled at McCord's Landing, now East Leavenworth

Philadelphia Inquirer, The (PA) - Tuesday, November 5, 1991 ROBERT MORRISON FULCHER, 61, the owner of a video company, died Friday at his home in the Feltonville section of the city. Mr. Fulcher owned Frances E. Fulcher Video Co., which made industrial videos of construction sites throughout the Philadelphia area. He was a former operating engineer who was a member of Local 542. An Air Force veteran who served during the Korean War, Mr. Fulcher was a Mason and past master of Solomon Lodge 3. He also was a member of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Valley of Philadelphia. Survivors: none. Services: viewing, 10 a.m. Thursday, DiPinto-Mehl Funeral Home, 5720 Rising Sun Ave.; Masonic services at 10:45 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home; funeral, 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Church of St. James the Less, 3227 W. Clearfield St.; burial in the church cemetery.
